Return Policy

Bioadvanced Nutrition distributes natural products with one aim in mind: Your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase through Bioadvancednutrition.com, return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a complete refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:

  • Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. When returning more than one package of the same item, the same must be factory sealed to qualify for a refund. 
  • All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a refund/exchange. 
  • Absolutely no refunds on bulk items, including but not limited to any food or non-food item weighing more than 5 LBS.
  • SHIPPING FEES. If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s) to you.
  • Unopened or opened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (except bulk items - see above), and all items must be in their original packaging. Products must be shipped back to BIOADVANCED NUTRITION NUTRITION CORP at the customer's expense.
  • DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. You must notify us immediately if any product is received either damaged or defective. We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise and a "Return Label" will be enclosed for the defective items to be returned back to us. If you wish to return any damaged or defective merchandise for a full refund, you must do so within 30 days and at your own expense. Remember, we offer to replace the damaged items at our expense, but all voluntary returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.
  • All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the returned products.
  • Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
  • ABSOLUTELY no returns after 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
